What specifiers ask first.

Yes. The OPTIMA catalogue includes DLC Premium and DLC Standard listings, eligible for Canadian utility rebates including Save on Energy. Specific listings confirmed at quotation.
Technically yes — they operate as standalone DALI-2 fixtures. But you'd be paying for sensor hardware you weren't using. Most clients deploy the fixtures with Spark from day one.
Both. We supply fixtures into projects we deploy, and we also supply them to specifiers and electrical contractors building their own systems. Volume pricing applies to both.
Sealed housings, low-temperature electronics, condensation management at door zones. The optics and Spark integration are identical to the standard catalogue. Specified for −30°C continuous ambient.
Five-year standard warranty on hardware, ten-year on selected industrial models. Warranty is honoured directly by us — not bounced to a manufacturer in another country.
